Typically 3 to 6 months, depending on the package and how much of the roadmap you’re taking on.

Do we need the Level 1 audit first?
We recommend it. The audit sets the scope, so you’re not paying to fix problems you don’t have. You can also start from an audit done elsewhere.

Who does the work?
We work directly with the owner and bring in your second-in-command once the scope is agreed. Your team takes part in the training and the process work.

Will you pick the platform for us?
